Delivery and Refunds
We deliver all the orders to Ajman, Dubai, and Sharjah in an hour. Delivery to other Emirates can be done in 2-3 hours.
- To ensure your complete satisfaction, once your order has been arranged SOLO florist Will send a photo of your finished arrangement by WhatsApp or email for your approval, before delivery.
- All orders are delivered via SOLO Flowers temperature-controlled delivery vans.
- We deliver our Products only within the United Arab Emirates. We do not use any third party service to deliver our products.
- We advice customers to provide us the complete delivery address along with local contact details at the time of placing the order(s) to avoid any delays/incorrect deliveries.
- We are also available any time from 8:00Am – Midnight to help with any enquiries you may have on WhatsApp, Phone, or Email
At Solo Flowers & Chocolate, our goal is to provide you with the freshest and most stunning floral arrangements and products. We take great care in crafting and delivering your orders. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to request a refund. Please review our refund policy below to understand our guidelines and procedures.
If you receive a floral arrangement or product that is damaged or does not meet your expectations in terms of freshness, we are committed to making it right. To request a refund for a damaged or unsatisfactory item, please contact us by clicking here.
Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order by [email/phone] and provide clear, detailed photos of the damaged or unsatisfactory item.
Our customer service team will review your request promptly and may request additional information if necessary.
If your request is approved, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement for the damaged or unsatisfactory item.
We regret that we cannot offer refunds for items that have been delivered as per the requested date and time or for items that meet our quality standards but do not meet personal preferences.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the order.
Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
- For standard orders, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
- For same-day orders, cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible, and a refund will be issued if the order has not been prepared or delivered.
